Access to Angling Outfitters is the offspring of a generic guide service started in 1984 by owner/operator Captain Greg Squires. It has since become an icon in the guide/outfitting industry. Access to Angling owns/operates several boats in the course of business. We have a large pool of resources that allows us to outfit any size group.

Greg has over 42 years of fishing experience in Northern California, twenty one of which have been on a professional level. He's been rowing boats for twenty six years and is a certified Class V white water oarsman. He is also trained in swift water rescue and has advanced CPR and First Aid cards. Greg's powerboat experience is extremely lengthy. Greg has been operating power boats since he was eight years old and now holds a United States Coast Guard Masters Captains License. His experience includes navigation of waters off the coast of California as a commercial salmon troller and seventeen years of running rivers in powerboats.

In addition to his many credentials, Greg is also on the Professional Staff for Abu Garcia, Berkley fishing products, Fenwick, Cannon, G. Loomis, Rogue Rods, Seps Pro Fishing, Shark cannonballs and Nautamatic Marine autopilot systems.
