To put Salmon like this one in the box you have to know where to find the fish.  One of the best ways to locate fish is to check local fishing reports ie: www.usafishing.com.  Once you know the general area, concentrate your efforts on working birds and use your fish finder to locate bait.  If you locate both, chances are you'll go home with some fresh Salmon for the barbeque!

Salmon the easy way!

Salmon fillets or steaks

(Rinsed and pat dried)
1- Cup Brown Sugar

1- Cup "Bernsteins" Restaurant Italian Dressing

3/4- Cup Kikkoman's Teriyaki Glaze

1- Cube Butter

1- Tablespoon crushed Garlic

Melt butter in microwave and add brown sugar.  Stir until butter is absorbed by brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Place Salmon on broiling pan or grill and baste with sauce.

Cook over medium coals or 400 degrees on broil. Recoat salmon every three to five minutes until done.  For Steaks (1" thick) cook seven minutes per side.  Fillets should be cooked "skin on" and skin side down.  Salmon is done when fillet is easily removed from skin by sliding a spatula between the two.
